Job Description :
- Give support for Telecom VAS applications like SMS/Email / Fax / Auto dialler Visit customer place for the purpose of support.
- Communicate with customer and give satisfactory / convincing answers to customer.
- Test and deploy new versions of application / products.
- Quickly understand problem and provide fast solution.
Desired Profile: - Excellent communication skills.
- Good Convincing Power, soft spoken , should be able to hold customer.
- Should have knowledge of SQL queries and databases like MySQL, SQL Server
- Knowledge of any of VB6, .net , Java, Linux is added advantage
Education /Qualification : - Minimum graduate with one year of support experience.
- BE/ MCA preferred.
